"LL isn't the first rapper to score as an actor. Ice-T and Ice Cube are in there, too, suggesting LL was right that one key to longevity is the ability to do more than rap.
"I always wanted to do more than people thought I could do," says LL, who turns 44 in January. "This is different than going on stage and playing music.
"In rap, you're trying to say, 'Look at me, I'm somebody' - especially when people have been saying you're nobody. You're trying to get out of street, saying what we feel will get us out of there.""

"This is a moment that we've been planning for 50-odd episodes," Brennan tells TVGuide.com. "In the first four or five minutes, you will learn an enormous amount of detail about who Callen is. It fills in blanks that he's just discovered in these past few episodes, but it fills in details that go right back to when he was a child and how he ended up in the United States. It is very specific."

When NCIS: Los Angeles star Eric Christian Olsen joined the cast of The Thing, the Universal Pictures prequel to John Carpenter’s 1982 horror classic, he had no idea that as his character faced isolation in the film he might face the same thing on set.
“We shot the first couple of exterior scenes at 10,000 feet, right on the border of Canada and Alaska, and I remember walking over to craft services, freezing, and I saw all this food,” Olsen recalled. “I was like, ‘Why is there so much food up here? We’re leaving.’” He turned to one of the crew members, who told him the extra food was to ensure they could survive if they were snowed in on top of the mountain.
“And it was the grizzled guy who was shoveling stuff, saying, ‘Yep, we’ll probably die!,” the actor laughed.
"It was a race against the clock on tonight's NCIS: Los Angeles to stop a series of bombs from detonating somewhere in Los Angeles. When the team got wind of a series of bombs being placed somewhere in L.A. due to the death of a Marine who had been linked to them, Agent Hunter sends the team in to investigate, find the missing bombs, and deactivate them before they go off. But she had a small trick up her sleeve and switched the teams up, placing Deeks with Sam and Kensi with Callen. An interesting mix, don't you think?" - Via Andrea Buginsky
